Nexus Ultra Si - Prostaatmassager

The dual texture is what sold me—firm core for pressure, soft outer layer for comfort, and it hits both spots without needing to adjust much. Setup was straightforward and cleaning takes under a minute, which honestly makes it my go-to lately.

The silicone cushioning on the perineum end is what sold me—it stays put without that hard plastic digging in, and the firm polypropylene core gives just the right pressure where I need it. First session was surprisingly comfortable, and cleanup was a breeze.

The dual sensation is exactly what I hoped for—the firm core gives that deep pressure while the silicone cushion keeps everything comfortable. The perineum piece lines up perfectly and stays put even when I shift around. Definitely worth the upgrade from my old single-target toy.
